What You’ll Do

As a platform engineer, you’ll spend your days building automated, secure platforms with IaC. You’ll work hands-on with clients to design, implement, and document IaC workflows they can run with confidence.

Expect to:

• Write and automate IaC code to build and manage infrastructure across multiple clients.
• Orchestrate infrastructure and applications running on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Build automation pipelines (we’re big on GitHub Actions and Spacelift).
• Document and knowledge-share so clients are ready to own their platform.
• Provide consultive advice to clients on the right architecture, patterns, and way of thinking for their long term sucess.
• Script with Bash, Python, or Typescript to glue things together when IaC isn’t enough.
• Integrate and automate 3rd‑party SaaS tools (Spacelift, Tailscale, DataDog, etc.).

What You Bring

Must-Haves

• US-based only.
• Strong people and soft skills — You can’t be a good team member or consultant without knowing how to work with people. We value this above pretty much everything else.
• 3+ years hands-on in the modern IaC ecosystem (Terraform, Tofu, or Pulumi).
• Experience building infra on the cloud. AWS + Azure experience are in top demand right now, but GCP experience is useful as well.
• 5+ years in the software industry.
• Solid Unix background (Mac/Linux). Windows isn’t our thing
